We are assuming that people who want to make entries here will be publishing online journals and newsletters, although there is nothing to stop anyone adding details of any paper-based publications. If you provide only paper issues, please make that clear in your description of the journal or newsletter and you might also want to add something about how postage costs will be calculated.
